INTRODUCTION
Radio Spectrum is one of the most important Assets in any country. Spectrum is used for communication in broadcasting, cell phones, Internet connectivity, security surveillance, Avionics, maritime, science research, automation, access control as well as IoT devices. Efficient and planned usage of the spectrum cannot be over emphasized. It is crucial that the spectrum is used without causing any harmful interference. Spectrum contributes a lot of money to national exchequer around the globe. Spectrum is more important than oil or minerals. It is therefore very important that this Resource is used efficiently and in a sustainable manner.
