Advanced Fiber Optics Planning, Design and Engineering

 COURSE OVERVIEW:

Fiber has become the most cost-effective technology for connecting consumers to the Core Networks of Fixed, Mobile and Internet Service Providers. Most user terminals and wireless access Points are now connected to fiber backbones to provide Internet access. FTTX/PON Technology enables Operators and Service providers to connect customers to high-speed data and internet services. This course shall explain important factors that must be considered during the planning, design, and deployment of FTTX/PON Infrastructure. The Course shall explain technical, economical, regulatory and standardization issues governing FTTX/PON Deployments. Th course highlights important FTTX/PN deployment techniques and Revenue streams that are important to operators and service providers.
